LOGISTICS AND SHIPPING ISSUES
5.1 Acknowledgment of potential issues: The User expressly acknowledges that, especially for products sold via dropshipping or by Third-Party Sellers, logistics and shipping issues may arise, including:
- Delivery delays
- Errors in shipping addresses
- Products lost during transport
- Partial or incomplete deliveries
- Shipment of incorrect products
5.2 Delivery times: The delivery times indicated on the Site are estimated and not guaranteed, especially for products shipped via dropshipping.
5.3 Limitation of liability for logistics: US Zona Enterprise will not be liable for delays or delivery issues caused by:

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
7.1 For US Zona Enterprise’s own products:
- Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.

9.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, US Zona Enterprise, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
a) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE;
b) ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE;
c) UNAUTHORIZED CONDUCT OR STATEMENTS OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY;
d) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE; OR
e) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
9.2 THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF US ZONA TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO SUCH CLAIM. (p. 4)
9.3 THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER US ZONA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

INDEMNIFICATION
10.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US Zona Enterprise, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense, including reasonable legal fees and costs, related to or arising from:
a) Your violation of these Terms;
b) Your use of the Site;
c) Your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights; or
d) Any action or statement made by you on the Site.

DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW

14.2 Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Site.
14.3 Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
